Sinead Gorey x HMD Pulse Pro Collaboration

We produced 150 innovative custom bags for London fashion designer Sinead Gorey and her collaborators at HMD, marking the launch of a new mobile phone. Crafted from sustainable bioplastic material, these 3D-printed bags embody our commitment to eco-friendly manufacturing.

The Brief

As part of her innovative limited edition fashion accessory collection, the client sought a UK-based manufacturer to produce 150 custom 3D-printed bags. These bags needed to be crafted from sustainable materials and produced in a bespoke translucent colour. With a tight deadline of one week, the bags were essential for an upcoming launch event and promotional campaign.

What We Did

The bag, designed by our client, showcases a custom shape with an integrated phone holder. To match the client’s specifications, we sourced the 3D printing material in Translucent Bottle Green from a specialist PLA supplier. Initially, we printed multiple samples of the bag to ensure flawless production without any imperfections. Subsequently, we successfully manufactured 150 of these bags within an extremely tight deadline of just one week.

Result

Our client was thrilled with the 150 bags, which proved highly effective at the promotional launch event. They were showcased by various influencers and garnered significant online visibility.
