High quality 3D printing in London

We are a professional 3D Printing Service based out of Peckham Levels creative hub in South London. We have a keen eye for detail and exceptional service. From a single one-off print to batch 3D printing 1,000’s of parts, we have the experience, know-how and printing capacity to turn your models in to reality.

Fast turnaround

We strive to 3D print parts as fast as possible. Typical turnaround times for small prints are within 1 working day and large prints within 2 working days. Batch order turnaround depends on quantity. We will give you an accurate completion timeframe once you place a print request.

Large build volume

Our 3D printers have large print volumes of up to 500x500x500mm in all axes (X, Y and Z).

Large range of materials

We offer a range of materials and the expertise to print them to maximum effect. From rigid plastics to flexible elastomers to wood/metal composites, you can make amazing 3D prints with us.

Here are a few examples:

Standard PLA: A strong rigid bioplastic, very good for prototyping and affordable).
ColorFabb PLA/PHA (Datasheet):  Another rigid bioplastic that has slightly more bend than standard PLA)
Polymaker PolyMax (Datasheet): 20% stronger than ABS with great mechanical qualities.
TPU or Thermo Polyurethane such as NinjaFlex (Shore 85A), FilaFlex (Shore 82A), FlexiSMART (Shore 88A)
Wood Filaments: Polymaker PolyWood and ColorFabb WoodFill
– Bronze, Copper, Brass, Steel Metal Powder Composites
– Carbon Fibre infused material
– Glow-in-the-Dark

3D print quality and strength

3D print quality is primarily defined in microns. The lower the micron number the higher the surface quality. The majority of our customers order at a resolution of 300 or 200 microns, which is good for rapid prototyping and affordable. For higher quality prints, we can offer resolutions of 150, 100 and even 50 microns, which is an exceptionally high resolution and leaves a smoother surface finish but takes a considerably longer time to print.

While every part is different, we normally print a wall/shell of 1.2mm and use a grid infill of 25%. For very small parts, we would use 100% infill. If you need the part to be more hollow, more dense, or even solid, we can also calculate a cost for you. Just let us know when you make your print request.

Sustainable 3D printing

A lot of the materials we use are 100% biodegradable bioplastics (plant based) manufactured in Europe using renewable solar energy. They are strong, durable and come in many colours. Including made to order custom colours which can be matched against Pantone or RAL.

Materials we print in

Bio plastics

We do not use Petroleum based plastics. All our plastics are made from Polylactic Acid or PLA a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, cassava roots, chips or starch, or sugarcane.

Flexible (Rubber-like)

We 3D print flexible models in Thermoplastic polyurethane or TPU/TPE. This is a very flexible material and we offer various Shore Hardnesses from 80A to 90A. We print primarily with NinjaFlex an 82A Shore material.

Extra tough

For extra tough prints we print with Polymaker Polymax PLA. A bio-plastic PLA which is 20% stronger than ABS. If you’re looking for something ultra tough then this is the material for you.

Polywood

A wood-like low density material.

Metal composites
