How to Order: Our 3D Printing Process

1. Upload & Analysis

Upload 3D model(s) and our automated system will inspect and analyse them for 3D printability *.

* Some 3D models may need manual review or amending before an order can be finalised. Contact us if you need conversion or mesh correction.

2. Set Preferences

Choose material, colour, resolution, density, lead time and quantity.

Typical turnaround times:

Standard (2 Working Days // 5pm Cut-Off)
Express (1 Working Day // 3pm Cut-Off)
Weekend (Premium // 5pm Friday Cut-Off).

We offer Free Tracked Delivery or Special Delivery by 1pm (Paid). We also offer Motorcycle Courier or Studio Pickup (Free) within London.

3. Cost

Our automated system will generate an exact price per model and apply qualified discounts.

Tip: You can amend your preferences which will re-calculate the cost in real-time.

4. Checkout

You can pay online using credit/debit cards.

If requested we can also accept Purchase Orders and Bank Transfers. All orders will come with a VAT invoice.

5. Production

On receipt of payment, your order will immediately enter production and we will keep you updated via email on the order progress.

Note: If there are any particular issues with your order we will contact you via email.

6. Receive

You order will be shipped out once its completed 3D Printing. A tracking code will be emailed to you or you will be sent a link to arrange a time to collect from our London studio. All parcels are sent tracked.

By submitting 3D Content through Email or via our Website, the User grants Champion 3D a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide non-transferable license (i) to review the 3D Content on the basis of technical specifications (including but not limited to checking for any technical errors); and (ii) to use the 3D Content for the manufacturing of the 3D Print in order for Champion 3D to fulfil the Order placed by the User.

Materials we offer

We offer a vast range of materials and colours, from excellent quality UK made rigid and strong rPLA bio-plastic in a huge range of colours as well as PLA Matte light diffusing material to extra strong materials like PolyMax™ (20% stronger than toxic ABS) as well as flexible rubber-like TPU NinjaFlex 85A and Cheetah 95A.

Beyond those more popular materials we also offer 3D Printing in Wood which is a material made up of 60% wood fibres, it smells of wood, feels like wood and looks like wood, it is wood! We also we offer metal Bronze and Copper composites.

PLA

PLA (Polylactic acid) is a non-toxic biodegradable plant-based bioplastic. Strong, durable and versatile, it is available in a vast array of colours. It produces an excellent surface finish and is perfect for architectural 3D prints. We use only Premium PLA from ColorFabb (Netherlands) and Filamentive (UK).

PolyMax™

PolyMax™ is an advanced 3D printing filament produced with Polymaker’s Nano-reinforcement technology, to deliver exceptional mechanical properties and printing quality. PolyMax™ is 20% stronger than ABS and is a far greater material.

NinjaFlex (TPU)

NinjaFlex Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is a rubber-like flexible, abrasion resistant thermoplastic that is used in a number of manufacturing processes for both consumer and industrial use. In certain blends it can become very soft, but TPU material offers many benefits and features.
