Upload 3D models in STL, OBJ, STEP or IGES formats. Our automated system will inspect and analyse your models for 3D printability.
Note: Some 3D models may need manual review or amending before an order can be finalised. Please contact us if you need conversion or mesh correction.
Choose material, colour, resolution, density, lead time and quantity (we offer batch discounting) per model and add to cart.

Standard (2 Working Days // 5pm Cut-Off)
Express (1 Working Day // 3pm Cut-Off)
Weekend (Surcharged // 5pm Friday Cut-Off).
Choose delivery; Standard UK (Free), Express UK and London Only: Motorcycle Courier or Studio Pickup (Free).
Our automated system will generate an exact price per model and apply qualified discounts.
Note: You will be able to amend your preferences which will re-calculate the cost as many times as you like before placing your order.
We accept all types of credit/debit cards.
If requested we can also accept Purchase Orders and Bank Transfers. All orders come with a VAT invoice.
On receipt of payment, your order will enter production and we will keep you updated via email on the order progress.

You order will be shipped out when it’s finished 3D Printing and been reviewed and packed. The package will arrive within your chosen delivery time. You can also collect free from our studio in London.
All parcels sent tracked and signed.
We also offer a same & next-day motorcycle courier option within London depending on order size.
By submitting 3D Content through Email or via our Website, the User grants Champion 3D a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide non-transferable license (i) to review the 3D Content on the basis of technical specifications (including but not limited to checking for any technical errors); and (ii) to use the 3D Content for the manufacturing of the 3D Print in order for Champion 3D to fulfil the Order placed by the User.
We offer a vast range of materials and colours, from excellent quality UK made rigid and strong rPLA bio-plastic in a huge range of colours as well as PLA Matte light diffusing material to extra strong materials like PolyMax™ (20% stronger than toxic ABS) as well as flexible rubber-like TPU NinjaFlex 85A and Cheetah 95A. Beyond those more popular materials we also offer 3D Printing in Wood which is a material made up of 60% wood fibres, it smells of wood, feels like wood and looks like wood, it is wood! We also we offer metal Bronze and Copper composites. As well as a wide range of materials we have a great selection of colours. PLA (Polylactic acid) is a non-toxic biodegradable plant-based bioplastic. Strong, durable and versatile, it is available in a vast array of colours. It produces an excellent surface finish and is perfect for architectural 3D prints. We use only Premium PLA from ColorFabb (Netherlands) and Filamentive (UK).
PolyMax™ is an advanced 3D printing filament produced with Polymaker’s Nano-reinforcement technology, to deliver exceptional mechanical properties and printing quality. PolyMax™ is 20% stronger than ABS and is a far greater material.
NinjaFlex Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is a rubber-like flexible, abrasion resistant thermoplastic that is used in a number of manufacturing processes for both consumer and industrial use. In certain blends it can become very soft, but TPU material offers many benefits and features.
